Oral Cancer Screening

This is a very simple protocol, which has been developed by the Mouth Cancer Screening Accreditation Scheme. It does ensure that dentists have the right screening tool that standardizes the process and can be used with every patient over the age of 16.

The examination can be used in the dental chair using gloved hands, a mirror and good lighting. It takes just two minutes to carry out and is included in each routine check up.
